I am trying to half the crafting time. (making it twice as fast..) but it does not seem to work. Anyone got a clue? Here is my file.

After that there is all the specific items for themselves, but i haven't changed anything there.

i think i got a fix, might not be the way to go but it works.. i changed every single "false" to true on the advanced crafting list. After that it started working. You can simply do this by replacing every single false with true. And just copy the settings above it so you can return those to your settings.
