Got a issue. I checked no escape plugin for permissions and config not finding issue there. But i have instantcrant and crafting control on server. My players are able to craft any item while combat and raid blocked for no cost when i even have the permissions blocked from doing so. Any suggestions or ideas what would causing this?

not sure why you have instant craft and crafting controller when crafting controller already has that as a feature. You would have to remove on or the other to figure out which plugin is at fault first if not both.
