Is there a way to blacklist skins from the random skin if default mode is selected?

The hazmat suit has a skin called "hazmatsuit.spacesuit" which has known to crash servers.

It looks like a normal hazmat suit but has censorship blurs.

The closest thing I can see if to change default skin in the .json reference but not sure if random skin would reference it.
