Config keeps reverting to default

I tried to change "Allow Old Crafting" to false. after reloading config revert to default.
I tried to change the amoun of cloth from 10 to 1000 in Wolf Headdress, same thing revert config to default.

I also have this issue. I have tried turning off Crafting Controller and Blueprint Manager but this did not do anything.
