Broken after this force wipe

This should be resolved in the latest Oxide update, thanks!

  • Exposed EntityFuelSystem::GetFuelContainer in Rust for plugins (fixes a lot of vehicle plugins)

Noticed this today after the patch, using 1.2.2.
