I'd love to see the ability to control whether the owner is set via permission.

Use case: If I use craft chassis and your storage plugin when wanting to give a selection of players 7 rows of storage, the configuration option to set owner causes me to choose between giving every chassis crafter access to 7 rows of storage or not.

I'm not totally following the use case. Even though every chassis has an owner set, only the players with the larger car storage permissions will get the extra storage (since I implemented your suggestion on the car storage plugin). Are you saying you want some of those players who have additional storage permissions to only have them for certain cars (not for the chassis)? It sounds like you basically want the extra storage for only select cars, rather than just based on the permissions of the owner?

That aside, yeah, using permissions here instead of config is pretty straight-forward. For backwards compatibility, I'll probably keep the config option which will supersede permissions if enabled.
