Hello,
since the last version (2.3.8), and maybe even before, several players have reported to me that they found themselves stuck in the scenery or even with their own body after a where tp.
Is there something to do?

Another question, what is the difference between this plugin and the one on codefling which only has version 2.3.5?

hi, the short of it is that your players will just have to deal with it using any and every plugin that can teleport. it is not the teleport that is the issue. it is getting stuck inside of objects. usually, but not always, near roads.

this is a game bug that started when facepunch disabled the force that pushed you out of objects. this includes official Facepunch vanilla servers when respawning on beds/bags. multiple server owners have reported it to Facepunch already.

2.3.5 is an older version of the same plugin but as stated every plugin has this issue. it does not always happen, but it can. especially near roads.
