Since Fortify does not have electricity, is there a way to copy and export in-game buildinds into a JSON file?

The buildings you save in game are saved to ./oxide/data/copypaste. They're saved in json format there.
See the documentation of the plugin to see how to use the /copy command if you don't know how that works.
