When a command doesn't exist, it generally means that the plugin isn't loaded or that isn't a valid command. I'd recommend checking your oxide/logs for errors related to this plugin.

Use /copylist
Oh that's an error in the documentation then, I'll correct that. It's something I changed while ago since /list is just asking for duplicate commands as far as I can ell, that's why I changed it to /copylist, forgot to edit it in documentation.
