i put as many as 20 stories with almost all just double door frames in the top 17 or so floors with a floor and wind turbine on top. When i copy and paste, it just puts the base and the first floor of just the door frames, nothing above. I also have a building where there are a lot of floors or floor frames mixed in on the way up and those seem to work.
High towers of just double door frames do not copy and paste (we use for wind turbines)
I'm seeing the same issue. Minimal reproduction is any double door frame stacked on top of another double door frame, where neither frame is connected to anything else except the block below. Only the lowest frame gets saved.

Copying with a radius of 4 instead of the default 3 seems to help, e.g.:
/copy windtest r 4
