We've never had this issue before (and we've had these for years), but all vending machines in our pasted Community Center ask for a code to unlock it now. What the heck is going on here?

That was the first "Community" structure that I pasted in after wipe and it is a very large structure. So to completely delete it meant that I couldn't just use /undo without undoing all of the structures that were pasted after it to get it to undo the one I had issues with. So, I had to painstakingly ent.kill every block and repaste it, and then it worked properly......I'm certainly hoping that I don't have to repeatedly do this.
