Seems to be fixed bye increasing The horas population by Square mile
Type at The server console 

ridablehorses2.population 6

But 6 hkrses per sqm arent too.much,

Could You call a despawn for entities with population límite  in The copies  json file ??

PaI found a horse buried under one of My copied raidable bases structures,  removed with fortify and it's  ok now.
