Check if database json file contains following string : assets/prefabs/misc/xmas/
If it is the case, there is a lot of chance that it is why the paste is broken.

I'm experiencing this issue too, recently. However, it's an empty 10x10 cube but only the first 4 levels are present. Any ideas?

Same symptom don't mean it is the same cause ;)
In your case, it may be a problem of stability.
