I have narrowed down the problem. it appears in my copy and paste files (previously made) some of the walls have skin Id set to something other then 0. It looks like after the update the skin id other then 0 defaults to twig, This prevents /up as well until you manually upgrade it.. You can fix your base json and change the skin id to 0 and resave it which works for now. a patch to correct the skin Ids would be ideal.
