When I copy the water base that I built and paste it somewhere else it pastes in mid-air does anyone know how to fix it?

Try setting height
A bunch of my tries paste well above where it should. Supposedly you can't do a negative value on height. So I find a hill. Paste there until it works the. Find a new place to stand to copy it again.
