I'd like to make sure that the hotel i'm building will still be spawnable after we wipe the map but I can't find if that's possible. Also how do I remove buildings from my saved list?

Yes this is possible, copied buildings are saved in ./oxide/data/copypaste so as long as you don't delete that folder you can paste it again after a wipe.
