Missing Walls and Not Despawning properlyBug

Since last wipe, I've seen that builds that I've pasted are missing some walls, foundations, signs, etc.

I've also noticed in raidable bases, when a base despawns that not everything is being killed.  Turrets hanging in the air, walls not being removed, hanging in the air, etc.

I've also seen that the /undo doesnt work either.  I've used this plugin for well over a year with no issue - the only things that changed were Oxide and Rust updates and I am on version 4.1.27.  Attached a pic for reference.

Are there any errors in console (server) while pasting or undoing?

Also getting random deployables hanging in the air randomly in the map even after /undo. Here's what I am seeing in the logs:

I have missing roofs on some.
Tried recopying and pasting but it give same result on at least one of them.

Follow up.
I did test some on a specific base. It did a missing roof when trying to copy with no clip or on the ground.
Only time it did everything properly is when I stood on the roof and recopied. Then everything from the top down pasted ok.
