v4.1.25, v4.1.26, v4.1.27 give the following error in console:
Error while compiling: CopyPaste.cs(1516,33): error CS1061: Type 'PowerCounter' does not contain a definition for 'targetCounterNumber' and no extension method 'targetCounterNumber' of type 'PowerCounter' could be found. Are you missing an assembly reference?

edit: I have a similar type of error with the last version of the Sign Artist plugin

Correct. Had to update outdated wget.exe in .bat file and problem solved.
