Is this plugin broken? I was going to use raidable bases and it requires this plugin but almost every base is pasted just below terrain level. Any fix or give up?

change the height of the pasted raid bases in the config (raidablebases config)

However this time, I want to paste under the map.  Is there a way to do this? The context is I want to make an "underground hub"  I'll use zonemanager for doing it, just curious how to do it. Thank you.

Have you tried negative height?

I have.  I used -40 and it brings it down just below the area im pasting -41 takes it underwater
