When trying to copy a Copied .json the File folder is shown as fz3-15991339934480 will this work on another Server with CopyPaste where I am not the Admin?

I would think the file its self would work if the admin puts it in the data folder but you would be unable to paste it with out permissions "

I missunderstood your question. I have never seen a filename like that "fz3-15991339934480" in my data folder it is just a "whatevername.json" file.
Never had a problem moving them from server to server but anyone with permissions should be able to use a json from your server with no problems.

I have made a new Text folder and tried to copy the .json files but they do not go in, instead it appeared on my Desk Top but I can still not move the to a Text file
