using latest version just released for today's update, not all pasted entities are skinned with the skins they had when copied. only some entities are skinned.

Have you tried rejoining the server after you paste them yet? Do you have a video or something for me and your data file?

tried disconnecting, reconnecting, leaving the area, coming back, teleporting away and then returning, etc. it is random, but some pasted items don't have their skins. what is the best way for me to provide my data file to you?

after further testing, it looks like it is a network streaming issue, skins take an inexplicably long time to load on pasted items (as in, they eventually do but almost a full minute after arriving at area) and the skins for Summer DLC items are the only ones that never apply to pasted entities.
