compiles now and can paste copied entities, but skins are not applied to all pasted entities. (I created separate thread for this issue, but mentioning here for anyone who experiences the same thing)

I have the same issue. Be nice if rust gave details of their changes to flags so plugin devs can update before they break. 
The staging and release branchs are public, so anyone is able to look and see what changes are made a month in advance. Oxide is generally only updated a few days in advance due to the frequent game changes, but Rust changes can be seen long before the updates.

If you are seeing this same error, then you are not using the latest version of the plugin. If you are seeing a similar message, it's likely your server is not updated.
