I'd like to be able to grant all players the option of pasting a starter building just once, unless they use undo to paste again if its too high or something. So new players can paste a building to start out from. But, block them from pasting in places you can't build on normally, like next to another players base within their TC zone or on roads/monuments. 

Would be a great adition!
