so still trying to figure this out and dont have alot to go on troubleshooting wise. what im seeing is sometimes i will have half pasted in bases that i think where soposed to be raid bases but never fully pasted and thus never got the chacne to turn into the raid base. ive talked with nivex alot and dont think its a raidbase issue cuase it never get to the point where it converts. unfortinatly all i can give now is screen shots i dont have logs or cant seem to find them in the logs ive looked at. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2137750000  https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2137749334  notice to how the wires are pasted in but attached to no "blocks"

u are using bases from fortify if the wires look like that 
Try making a test raid base and see if that spawns in fine

i dont use fortify or even know how to. i make all my bases in game then copy them and let raidbases paste in the files

i dont use any loot plugins ether if that helps. i put all the loot in everything. only thing i rely on raid bases to do is fill the turrets with ammo
