Ok, so it is very easy to exploit the plugin.
Make a foundation with a bag on it.....
copy it

go to any rock /iceburg / light house / monument
paste the  base.

die......
The sleeping bag is now usable as a teliport point.  inside any  object you pasted it into.........

possible fix..... remove sleeping bags & beds for  copied items.........

it's easy enougth for the player to put them back.........

Well it is not really supposed to be widely used by players and it is not an exploit really, plugin is mostly made for admins.

Yea please DON'T fix it. People shouldn't allow players to EVER use the plugin by themselves or you'll need to "fix" many things.

Yep....  authors should never fix exploits.. It might set some sort of  professional standard... dear god..
They may never be able to apply to FP for a programmer position....

Stick a flag in there..... so the choice is upto the server owner.......

For years the admin or owner would simply paste a base for certain players as a perk for paying a fee or playtime loyalty. Also the plugin was intended for admins to be able to paste an arena, shop, or whatever structures were needed for various activities that the server offers. The plugin was never intended for players to copy and paste themselves. If that was the case, there would be many things that you would call an "exploit". Like loot for example. Players could literallt copy a base full of loot, paste, then go in grab the loot, then undo the paste, then paste it again. 
They could paste in the sky with sam sites all over it and it would be almost impossible to raid. 
This plugin is for admin use and at their discression. If you want to use it on your server YOU need to provide the oversight.
YOU could paste for YOUR players where YOU allow the base to be, then YOU can go in and remove the loot, sleeping bags or deployables. Don't suggest selfish stuff of the author on a free plugin to make it taylored to YOU only.
It would be almost a complete rewrite and serve only the few or the one person YOU, that fails to think it through, or thinks he is the only one on the planet, and the auther should rewrite for hours for just YOU.

I can't even think of a situation where you'd want a regular player to have the permission to paste a base.
