I see that data stored in the data file.  Not sure how to just get the building to paste right back where it was.

/pasteback is the command that does that.

so
/pasteback mybuildingname

you can also specify height with the pasteback command if you want it higher or lower than you had it before

so
/pasteback mybuildingname height 2

you can also use negitive numbers if you want it lower than it was before.
