I do /paste base_01 and it is a bit too high

Then I do /paste base_01 height -1 but its way too low, but if I change it to -0.1 or -0.0001 its never quite right
Is there any way to add ghosting so we see the foundation height before paste? or maybe make it so the foundation will always paste the right heigh

These things never get the height right. It would be much appreciated if there is a way to fix it.

Also my copy got corrupted and its now missing like the upper half of the base.
