I'd suggest downloading the plugin again.

I've deleted the files and reinstalled, still having the same error message.

At this point, i completely wiped my server to scratch. Updated steam, installed oxide. Re-installed all of my plugins, everything worked except for this plugin. Same error.

Not sure what to say, but the plugin is compiling on our site and locally, so there would have to be something going on with your local setup. I would tyr another method for transferring the plugin to the server.

Alright I got rid of the files for the plugins, downloaded them and manually uploaded. Restarted server and the few plugins I was having this error with loaded and worked fine. About 30 mins or so later somebody was complaining a plugin stopped working. Tried reloading it and I'm getting this error again. Very strange.
