Can you set the player's name in multiple colors instead of a single color

This permission will automatically turn everyone's name in that permission group to rainbow names without them having to type anything at all.

Added gradients & support for a premade one on permission in the shape of rainbow colours as @Covfefe requested. Permission required is colourednames.rainbow, it will only show the rainbow if the player has not set a custom colour.
