Was wondering, for my own configuration purposes, if it uses these dates randomly or in the order they are listed.

It uses them in order they are listed. Dates are changed at sunrise.
This probably isn't a very useful request to most but if you have some extra time would ya mind adding a date randomizer true/false option at some point to that?
