This always tells me that clantags.owner doesn't exist

That permission doesn't actually exist. Removed it from the plugin page and added the ones that actually do. Unsure what the other is for though, as the plugin code is a bit odd to read.

Based on plugin function the basic perm SHOULD be to allow a clan owner to change their own clan's tag color. The other one is to allow the user to change ANY clan's tag color. Hopefully that's how it's working, anyway lol
