Each time I type /clanban, it says "This feature is disabled, please change the config." I don't see anything in the config to enable this.

Did you grant the permission to use it as listed on the plugin page?

Edit: I was able to fix it. Sorry, I'm new at this, and didn't see it was disabled in the config. My bad. Thank you for your help.
