Changing the owner of of a vehicle is one line of code, you don't need to take a dependency on this plugin to do it. If you want improved integration with other plugins, you can also subsequently call the OnVehicleOwnershipChanged hook, which the Vehicle Deployed Locks plugin also calls for example.
