Is it possible to add CombatBlock for ChuteUp NoEscape Plugin?

I noticed players can just bind the /chuteup command to a key and just dissapear into the sky even while getting shot at during combat block. Can we block players being allowed to use /chuteup during combatblock status? I use NoEscape plugin on Umod.

Good idea. i can add this option so they can't just shoot up away from danger. even if not under coolown.

No the last update does not have that option.  
I will.try to add that as a option on the next one
