anytime language select incorrect. can you add /lang (/lang ru or /lang en) for manual select language for user?

some russians play with english interface, but chat have to be stay russian langauge. need for manual select language and default language select in config.

on first join (or always on connect) say to chat message "select your language with command /lang"

You can already select using those commands from Oxide/uMod.

if i admin. how to be another players?

The player would have to set it themselves, the commands do not allow others to do that for them.

how?

players tell me about wrong language select for them. sometime

This plugin doesn't handle the langauge selection at all, it only uses what users have set.

he not change settings

That is an issue that would have to be fixed in Oxide/uMod, where it sets the language on connect based on what they have their Rust set to.
