It is very offputting and makes the plugin feel clunky and unrefined.

It is an excellent idea, is there any way to update it so that the words do not flicker?

Also, when the words appear, they appear above the persons head but in the way of their name, making the two compete for position, making it difficult to focus on the message.

Can we get an X/Y position value please?

Considering that only admin can see the text, this plugin isn't that useful at the moment. The way it works though is by sending the text every 10th of a second to keep it above the player's head.
