Is there a way to automaically place a Zone of a certain size I chose in the config around any newly built base?

I'm sorry, there is now way to do so right now. Also, there is currently no criterion to distinguish "newly built base".
Alright thank you for the reply! The type of plugin I was looking for was upon Tool Cupboard placement a Zone Manager Zone of a set size in our config would be automatically placed around that tool cupboard. Thanks for the information!Spiikesan
