Hello there and friendly greetings!
As per title: I am using all those 4 plugins but I start to think that it is a little bit too much and there might be some mess.
When I use your plugin (that I love!) it appears that I cannot use the LEGACY WOOD skin (and I have bought it): there is a lock on the icon and I cannot use it, I can apply it via hammer and that's it.
I am pretty sure I am using way too much plugins for the same goal but let's say that I would like to give to my player the ability to use, at least on my server, the wonderful new building skins.

Would you give me some advice about what to discard (I would like to keep Bskins and Base repair if I have to choose) and what to keep OR, eventually, how to keep 'em all?

All these plugins have been tested for compatibility and do not conflict with my plugin.
Also, if you see a lock icon, then you have enabled the use of permissions for each skin by setting the Use separate permissions for skins variable to true. You need to grant permission for the required skin or disable the variable in the config
