Hello Marat
Would like to start by first saying, great plugin, thank you for your time and effort.
I would love to use your plugin on my server. Unfortunatly I am running into a problem, thinking its related to the fact I am using Carbon, instead of oxide. Its the only thing I am doing differently.
Building Skins", "Marat", "2.0.7
Image Library", "Absolut & K1lly0u", "2.0.62
I have the two files loaded on my main Ubunto 22.04 hosted server, and my local test Windows 11 server. Having the same problem on both servers.
Once permissions have been added, can see the two new icons on the tool cuboard menu.
I first select the type of skin I wish to apply (blue cog wheel icon). Once I actually click on the apply button, I hear the selection sound effect. That selection screen does not close, I was thinking it should have auto closed once the selection had been made, is it meant to stay open?
I then have to click off to the side so that selection screen disapears.
Once its gone, I then select the Change Building Skin button.
It is at this point I get a message saying the below.
Skin update for selected building has started...
All building blocks already have your chosen skin.
And thats it, no skin changes apply.
Guessing its a Carbon compatability issue.
Any chance I am missing something? Or the skin can be made compatable to Carbon please?
Carbon - Skin does not apply
The skin selection menu should not close automatically since it is also used when selecting a skin using the chat command.
I haven’t checked about Carbon and I can’t say that the problem is there.Perhaps you chose a skin for a different type of building, and therefore the plugin does not change anything.Check on all types of upgrade.
As soon as I have time to deal with Carbon, I will check it for compatibility
Thank you for responding so quickly.
To clairify. I was testing using the stone skins only.
I upgraded the base to stone.
I then tried to skin the stone using Adobe.
Then tried using brick.
Thank you for checking Carbon compatability, appreciate it.
Does the skin change if you use the chat command to improve the entire building or using a hammer?

I installed Carbon and did not find any problems using the plugin
Thanks for checking.
you can record a video with your process of changing the skin?

in the first video you are trying to change the skin for a thatched building.
What plugin are you using to upgrade the build?
I use this plugin to upgrade the base.
https://codefling.com/plugins/auto-base-upgrade
And then use your plugin to skin the base.
Or at least thats what I am trying to do.
try to remove this plugin and reload my plugin and check again
I tested that originally. Just tested it again to be sure.
Without the auto upgrader plugin installed, it is still "not" applying the skins, just makes the sound effect, and then when I press the button to apply, it gives me the same message.

Checked, have all permissions enabled, including buildingskins.build.
I stand in front of one of the walls (Build block), and type the /bskin command.
The Choose a default skin menu apears.
I choose for example plane stone, and press the apply button.
I hear the sound effect.
I click off the skin sellection menu.
Nothing happens. No skin changes.
Thanks for your time mate.
I did as you said, and it is not applying the skin.
Thank you for trying to help. Not sure whats wrong, but I don't have the time to try and work it out any further.
