I'm pretty sure Facepunch would have made the DLC for free if they wanted. :)
So I am not sure if it is legal to use this plugin and make that content free for the players.

As admin you are able to give your players every dlc stuff for free that exist. Sunburn stuff, nomad suit, ice skins etc. So why should this one be not allowed?
