/down 1 2 3 also works, just /up 1 2 3 4 doesn't work

i have been using this everyday since the wipe and up and down 1-4 are working with no problem, you must have another plugin that is conflicting or your settings are wrong.

i will give  you an example, i sethome named droppoint that i use to throw supply signals, as it is not covered by a tc it decays. it is normally hqm so i check amount of decay and then type, /down 2 or 3 and when it has downgraded the blocks i type /up 4 and it is back to full health. (quicker than using the hammer). no problems so far.
