/down/up twig isnt recognised /down/up 1 is
/down/up 3 isnt working /down/up metal is (for some players)

Down/up twig is not a permission you can grant and therefor not a chat command
each one of these is a permission you grant to players

• buildinggrades.use -- Allows to use commands.                   must be granted to use other permissions below:

• buildinggrades.up.all -- Allow players to upgrade to all grades of buildings.
• buildinggrades.down.all -- Allow players to downgrade to all grades of buildings.

• buildinggrades.down.1 -- Allow players to downgrade to Wood grade.
• buildinggrades.down.2 -- Allow players to downgrade to Stone grade.
• buildinggrades.down.3 -- Allow players to downgrade to Metal grade.
• buildinggrades.up.1 -- Allow players to upgrade to Wood grade.
• buildinggrades.up.2 -- Allow players to upgrade to Stone grade.

I just use /up <number>  or down <number> while looking at the wall/foundation

I am doing the commands its saying downgrading, upgrading etc but it does like 1 or 2 things and thats it not like it use to be use to be instant changes basically when you did the up\down commands.

I generally do 20x4 foundations with exterior interior walls/door frames etc then upgrade them all with no problem,  if you dont have enough resources it wont do it,
