Since the update for Enhanced hammer (https://umod.org/plugins/enhanced-hammer) the /up [grade] [filter] no longer works could you consider changing the /up to like /upall so both plugins can be used please thank you and my paid VIP players will thank you as well.

Sounds like an incompatibility. Since EH made that change, I won't be making any chnage for the time being. If @Whispers88 would like to make a patch he can, but I, personally, will not be making an effort since this is due to a change in another plugin.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention though, I'll keep it in mind for if I come back to Rust.

I got it fixed it was a command I didnt see in the other plugin and got the help from the creator.
