When I type /bounty wanted, I get a long, blank space, as seen in the first picture.  Additionally, information is surviving the wipe.  I've tried deleting all of the data for bounty several different ways, but it just won't let me reset.  I've tried the console command from the documentation, and I get no feedback.  I've tried deleting the folder in oxide/data, and the .json in oxide/config.  So far, nothing seems to wipe out the old information.  What do?
