Rp servers and pve servers could benefit fromseperating the claiming and set bounty permissions. it would be great if for example only the officers or a bounty hunter could set them or claim them.  I would like our police group to be able to set themand default to be able to claim.

Please consider this so trolls cannot weaponise the bountys
