Using scraps instead of economics?

As per title. I am using mspeedie Rust Rewards and I was wondering if it possible to use scraps also for Bounty, instead of using the Economic rewards.

Ok, I have re-read my message and I have been a little bit "rushy" here... Let me explain it a little better.

I have studied Economy, the plugin that run both Rust Rewards and Bounty and I think it's ok (I really mean it).
BUT, the idea mspeedie had in Rust Rewards is, IMHO, a lot more consistent with the game: to reward the actions of the players with scraps (or at least it is possible to decide to do so).

Now, I would like to introduce a bounty system, I have a decent players base and they seems quite active and spicy so why not. Yet, to remain consistent, I'd like to keep the scrap as "currency".

At the moment, every player killing is rewarded with scraps (as a matter of fact I have took away the scraps from barrels and crates and I would like to took them away from BOT/scientists loots) and me and my players seems to have fun with that.

Is it possible? And how? Would it be a hard coding work?
