I have installed the plugin on a live server with players who already had blueprints learned. Blueprints are not shared among members of the same team, and I would like to know which command I need to use to ensure that blueprints are automatically shared among team members, even when they are offline, without the need for manual sharing.

You need to give every player the blueprintshare.use permission for blueprints to be shared automatically.
