I was looking in the FAQ & previously created threads, but for some reason players are keeping bps when leaving or being kicked. Is there anybody else having this issue or know how I can track down what's causing them? Everything else in the plugin is working, but don't want this to be abused.

This was previously reported but the user stopped responding to me so never got to the bottom of it. Would you be able to test using the free Clans plugin to see if that works. If that works then I know it is something to do with Clans Reborn.
Just tried it with Clans by K1lly0u and it worked, only doesn't work with Clans Reborn. I have clans reborn and am willing to test anything for this issue as well.
This issue should now be fixed with the latest update.
Using the latest version, and using Clans Reborn as well... and BP's still have issue.
