Awesome plugin. Are there any way of making it share newly learned blueprints automatic?

Could you be more specific as the plugin does automatically share blueprints where possible.

Yea, seems I have to manually do a /bs share [name]  to share the blueprints

Blueprints learnt from blueprint items or through the tech tree should automatically share if you are in a team, clan or have friends. Also all players will need the permission blueprintshare.use to automatically share blueprints. If it's not that then maybe you set a config option to false? Can you check the server log for any errors as well.
