Will offline teammates get the blueprints that the online teammates learn while the player is offline? Because I am having the problem that some players do not learn any blueprints while being offline. If anyone else is having the same problem, do you have any idea what could be causing this?

I have not had any reports of offline players not receiving shared blueprints. Is it every person who is offline not getting them or a select few? Also which methods of sharing is this issue occuring with?
